Carbide Ultra-Step Pins
Toyo Drill'sR&D staff has been attempting to make the ultimate cutters and accessories. An example is the successful manufacture of precision abrasive carbide joggling pins with diameters as small as 0.01 mm. This manufacturing system enables Toyo Drill to produce pins whose abrasive surface length is up to 150 times the diameter of the pin. Since these pins are manufactured to order, we can meet detailed customer requirements and deliver them quickly.
Our pins can be used as mold core pin connectors for optical fibers, connector pin ferrules, and joggling gauges for measuring bore-diameter.
