A special carbide alloy in ultra-fine particles is combined with Toyo Drill's unique cutting edge shapes to make a more rigid and abrasion-resistant end mill, resulting in stable cutting and long tool life. Stocks of these end mills are available in 0.01mm increments to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Direct Action Endmills

Toyo Drill's Direct Action end mills realizes high-speed rotation and high feed rate, thanks to its proprietary blade shapes which resulted after concerted R&D activities.
